Home Gym Equipment List
Establishing your own home gym can be quite costly if you purchase all equipment up-front; that is if you even know what equipment to purchase. I’ve put together a list of equipment based incrementally from lowest cost/basic start to highest cost/advanced level. Links to amazon are embedded with each of the products listed.
Basic Equipment
- Dumbbell Pair (1-2 Sets) - Preferrably Rubber Hex
- TRX/Suspension Trainer
- Long or Short Resistance Band Set
- Stability Ball
- Jump Rope
- Plyometric Box (Small) or Plyometric Box (Large)
Moderate Equipment - everything in BASIC plus the following:
- Dumbbells (More pairs than basic)
- Medicine Ball(s)
- Cardio Equipment (Row Erg, Ski Erg, Assault Bike/Airdyne, etc)
- Battling Ropes
Full Equipment Set - everything in BASIC and MODERATE plus the following:
- Barbell and Plates
- Squat Rack/Rig
- Adjustable Bench
- Additional Cardio Equipment for Variety
- Slamball(s)
- Landmine
