Programs are made and scheduled using the HC Conditioning app via an online training platform called Trainerize (cardiovascular and resistance training). The app will allow you to view a calendar of your program and check in for each training day and view the workout as scheduled (which includes videos with the exercises if you are unsure of what it is). It is very individualized based off your age, your schedule, available equipment, biometrics , and any injuries you may have had.
Premium Monthly Training plans are a personalized fitness solution designed to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals. Both plans are available as One-Time Downloadable Plans, which means customers can purchase and download the program to their device, allowing them to complete the workouts at their own pace and on their own schedule. The plans include detailed instructions to ensure that customers perform the training program effectively.
