Haley has built her life around empowering others, specifically through strength and conditioning programs. Growing up in West Virginia she was immersed in the world of ATV and Dirtbike racing and quickly found her love of powersports. Wanting to train these specific athletes, she received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University, obtained her NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifcation, and also acquired the ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification to be able to work with the general public and clinical populations.

"I've never been big into working out, let alone have the motivation to do so, but lordy Haley has been AMAZING to work with!! "All I can say is, I wish I had gotten a hold of Haley sooner. I was working with a different trainer in the first half of the season. The methods just didn’t suit me, I saw minimal gains. I got in contact with Haley, and all I can say is wow. Her methods are super simple, easy to follow but man.. they will KICK. YOUR. BUTT. I have gotten my best finish all year in Pro class using her programming. With out a doubt she has changed me for the better. I can’t thank her enough for her time and effort. It’s the best “upgrade” you can ever do. I always say people will spend thousands of dollars upgrading their machine but won’t spend the money to actually upgrade the most important thing of all... the rider. What good is a pro level race bike, ride with a rider with poor conditioning? Those $300 handlebars and placebo pills won’t cure your arm pump, or make you a better rider.
